Join us for our Open House, Saturday, April 27th from 1:00pm - 4:00pm. Our three story cooperative stands apart from the crowded urban scene. The back patio of the building overlooks the 11th fairway of beautiful Edinburgh Golf Course. We have easy access to walking and biking trails and it's just a short drive to shopping, dining, grocery, clinics and drug stores. Our cooperative has 99 units in a variety of one and two-bedroom plans. Our members enjoy the Edinburgh community room with full kitchen for large group entertaining and the Fairway room for smaller groups. We have three guest rooms, 15 laundry rooms, an exercise room, heated underground parking for a small monthly fee, a car wash bay, van service, a wood shop and a craft room. All this in a secure building designed for independent living for seniors.
